Fulfillment Policy for APWC

What We Sell:

We sell annual memberships for $150, that need to be renewed every year. If members select “subscribe” when they purchased their membership it has autorenewal if “subscribe” was not selected members will receive an email from Squarespace letting them know when it is about to expire (usually seven days).

We offer tickets to all of our events, some are discounted for members. Majority of our events range from Free-$100 per attendee.

We sell sponsorship opportunities for our members to sponsor events. They range in prices.

  • Connection Hour Sponsorship: $400

  • Daytime Events Sponsorship: $750

  • Speed Networking Sponsorship: $100-$1000

The Purchase Currency:

All purchases are made is USA currency. We process payments through Stripe and Paypal.

APWC Fulfillment Policies

Refund Policy: We do not provide refunds on our events unless in the event that the event is cancelled. If something does happen please contact apwc@apwctexas.com and it will be presented to the Board of Directors for them to make the ultimate decision.

We do no have any shipping or delivery policies due to the fact that all our “products” are events, sponsorships, and membership.

Discount Policy

All members of APWC are given access to our Member’s portal within this portal has our discount codes for members to be able to attend events at a discounted price.
