Helen Peil
Treasurer
Armed with a non-traditional educational background for this industry (BA in French and MS in Global Health and Epidemiology), I've cultivated a robust career in commercial real estate over the last 9 years. Beginning at Kastle Systems in DC in 2015, I worked my way up from Admin Assistant to Operations Manager, overseeing seamless department functions and enhancing client satisfaction. In 2020, I decided to pursue the WELL Accredited Professional (WELL AP) certification, marrying my love of CRE with my educational background and deepening my commitment to integrating health and sustainability principles into CRE practices. The following year, I relocated to Texas to take on the role of Customer Success Manager for the Austin/San Antonio territory, delivering customized access control and video solutions to optimize both customer experience and operational efficiency. I have been actively involved with CREW (both DC and Austin) since 2016, and I look forward to serving on the APWC Austin Board of Directors for 2024-2026!
