Tonya Watson is the Founder and President of DTW Management, Inc., a Fractional C Suite Firm that focuses on equipping our Client’s Current Leadership Team to set up and implement policies and procedures.
Tonya started her career as a Office Manager for a Subcontractor in Dallas, when she was 18 years old. After moving into the Financial Manager Position, she realized that many small businesses needed the same experience that bigger Companies could easily afford. When she joined Gadberry Construction, the Chief Executive Officer agreed with her. She started on the side helping small businesses set up their Accounting, Human Resources, and Operational policies and procedures. In 2019, she decided to take the leap and go on her own. In working with different Companies, she was offered a Vice President and Managing Director Positions. She is currently the Operations Manager at Patriot Pipeline.
DTW Management is Tonya’s heart and passion. As a woman in a male dominated field, she has always helped other women and small businesses by sharing her extensive experience. She started DTW Management to create the path for small businesses that they may not be able to have access to otherwise.
Tonya is the Past President for the Association of Professional Women in Construction. Tonya has sat on numerous Boards and offers as much help as she can to growing organizations and businesses. Tonya has also Co-Found Women in Business in Hunt County to help all Women in Hunt County the opportunity to network and have a great time doing it.
Tonya grew up in South Dallas and Mesquite. She graduated Mesquite High School in 1995 and started immediately working to help support her parents with her 3 younger sisters. Tonya is the proud Mom of one son, Ty. She currently lives in Caddo Mills, where she spends time with family and friends. While she is not doing any of that, she coaches Baseball with the Caddo Mills Youth Sports Association.
